For the last few years—I'm not putting an exact number to it, because it's been a while—I've been working on myself. Lots of therapy, journaling, assessing my life & re-assessing, seeing a therapist, and most recently attending a one-day women's retreat. The people closest to me have noticed the work, have been affected by the work I've done, and helped me to get where I am today. The journey has not been all easy—if it was—everyone would be doing it, and the results wouldn't be the same....
